This is maybe my favorite time of year…and it’s also the most stressful. Spring and Summer clash in June and provide some of the best produce of the year, but with that bounty comes an overwhelming amount of options and inevitably leads to FOMO when certain ingredients just can’t land a spot on our menu. I’m still kicking myself for not using eggplant at all last year. Never again!
It’s these next few months that see the most change at The Four Horsemen (our tiny restaurant in Brooklyn, NY) with regards to the menu.
